The Highline trail is one of the most popular trails in Glacier National Park, and for good reason: the views off of this high-altitude trail just can't be put into words. For almost its entire 11 mile length, you are treated to views of tall, rocky mountain peaks, glaciers, and the valley far, far below you. If you come to Glacier, you need to hike this trail!
From West Glacier, drive up all the way to the top of Logan Pass on the Going to the Sun Highway. Begin there, hike down the trail, and then catch a shuttle back up to the top.
